FFL News 05/10/2015

All scores have been updated for games played to 04/10/2015.

Well yesterday’s draw proved to be the straw that broke the camel’s back for Liverpool’s owners with regards to Brendon Rodgers. Despite Ings scoring and Liverpool clinging on for a draw, early season form has proved costly for another manager.

The main action yesterday was at The Emirates Stadium where Alexis Sanchez (who took the field after apparently reading a beard trimmer guide 2016 – because he was sporting facial hair that made the fans go crazy) continued his rebirth with another brace. All those (me included) hedging their bets on a United revival, will be disappointed.

Elsewhere Harry Kane scores his 2nd of the season, albeit in the wrong goal. Christian Erikson scored 2 fantastic free kicks to earn Spurs a draw at Swansea.

For some reason, it’s another International break so see you again on the 17th.
